1. Return Window
You can request a Return or Exchange within 21 days of receiving your order.
Important Note: We will not accept any return or refund requests once 21 days have passed since the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in new and unused condition.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
You must provide a valid receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a formal inspection.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 16 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or a provided bank account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items purchased during a Sale.
Customized or personalized items made specifically for your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
